Three face scrubbies on a wooden table. Colors of yellow and dark orchid and ombre yarn.

This crochet face scrubbie pattern is one of those things that you can keep in your back pocket for times when you need a quick gift. I was gifted some reusable face scrubbies when my daughters were born. It was such a treat to have something that could be used on their sensitive skin as well as something I could use for myself. And it inspired me to design some of my own to give as gifts.

These scrubbies make great gifts for teachers, new moms, your girlfriends, and don’t forget to treat yourself with some. Pair them with a crochet washcloth and your favorite soaps or body scrub to make the ultimate spa day gift.

Introducing the Cotton Face Scrubbie Crochet Pattern

Cotton is a durable, eco-friendly and sustainable fiber that can stand up to some tough wear and tear.

To make these scrubbies, you need to make a puff stitch and single crochet stitches. It is also crocheted in the round, beginning with a magic ring.

Using only eight yards of your favorite worsted weight cotton yarn, you can make either a solid or flower version of the crochet face scrubble.

You can buy the ad-free, PDF of this pattern on Etsy, Ravelry, and LoveCrafts.

I can’t wait to bring out my left over cotton balls to make some of these face scrubbies. And I’ve never tried the puff stitch so this will be short and sweet and learning a new stitch all at once.. Thanks Jamie, Ruth
